28 JSC Da Nang was established in 1996, the precursor is the base 2 Garment factory 27/7 Logistics Department of Military Region 5
Milestones of development:
* 1996: Establishment 2 Garment Enterprise 27/2 Military Region 5 Logistics Department
* July 1999: Moved to Company 28 - General Logistics Department under the decision of the Minister of Defense with the name of 28 Da Nang Branch (at the time of handing over 28 companies Only 78 people).
* January 1, 2009: Renamed and equitized and renamed to Da Nang Joint Stock Company No.819 / QD-BQP dated 8/4/2008 and Decision No. 1653 / QĐ-BQP dated 12/6/2008 of the Minister of Defense.
